You choose your option at checkout, where you'll see the total, including any delivery charge, before you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates. Unless we agree a different date with you, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it.
When your order is sent
We'll email you when your order is on its way. If you have an account, you can also see the status of your order in My account.
Problems with a delivery
If your parcel hasn't arrived, arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
