Returns and refunds

You can change your mind about an online order. Here's how it works.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it (for an order delivered in several parts, from the day you receive the last part). You don't need to give a reason.

How to cancel and return

1. Tell us you want to cancel within the 14 days — send us a message or email allstyleworks1@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to: any clear statement works.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Keep proof of postage until your refund arrives.

Please return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than you'd need to check it, as you would in a shop.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you giving us proof that you've sent them, if earlier), to the payment method you used. Standard delivery is free. If you chose express delivery, we don't refund that delivery charge when you cancel for a change of mind.

Unless we tell you otherwise, you pay the cost of sending items back.

Items you can't return for a change of mind

The law doesn't give a right to cancel for:

• sealed items that aren't suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons — such as skincare or cosmetics — once you've unsealed them after delivery;
• items made to your specification or clearly personalised for you, such as an engraved product.

This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that doesn't put it right, a refund or a price reduction. These rights apply in addition to the 14-day right to cancel, and we'll cover the cost of returning a faulty or incorrect item.
