Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy products from AllStyleWorks through this website. Please read them before you order. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

About us

This website is operated by AllStyleWorks. Email: allstyleworks1@gmail.com.

Your order

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm that your order has been accepted. If we can't accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock — we'll tell you and won't charge you, or we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total you pay, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you place your order. If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order is accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free and usually takes 6–8 working days; express delivery costs £4.82 and usually takes 3–6 working days. Delivery times are estimates; unless we agree a different date with you, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it. See delivery for more information.

Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, except for the items the law excludes (such as unsealed hygiene products and personalised items). See returns and refunds for how to cancel, the model cancellation form, and how refunds work.

Faulty products

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that doesn't fix it, a refund or a price reduction (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Contact us and we'll help.

Questions and complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, contact us or email allstyleworks1@gmail.com and we'll do our best to put it right.
